About Interbay Commons
Our Mission
We seek to create a mixed use, walkable community that ties together the important elements of the neighborhood. Our community will bring back a daycare to the area, in this case a new Goddard School. Interbay Commons will also feature a vibrant mix of retailers. The townhomes will be built by Homes by WestBay. All of this will be walkable to the Skyview Park and the new MacDill 48 park.

From B&R Ranch's decades of service to Circle C Ranch Academy's 40+ years as a beloved community fixture, complete with horseback riding, swimming, and cherished summer camp traditions, this location earned its reputation as a special place for young learners. Now, Goddard School is bringing early childhood excellence back to Interbay, honoring that heritage while delivering the comprehensive, research-based programs that South Tampa families expect. Interbay Commons offers prime South Tampa retail space in the heart of it all. Our shops and restaurants will be walkable from the new neighborhood, the new Goddard School, the surrounding community, and the thousands of visitors to the adjacent parks. A limited number of retail spaces are available, perfect for restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and neighborhood services.
